The Curatist’s English rum is distilled from green sugar cane and rich molasses using a traditional copper pot still, where careful fermentation unlocks nuanced esters and flavour compounds. The copper’s natural interaction softens sulphur elements, resulting in a cleaner, smoother and beautifully refined spirit.
