The Graves region to the south of Bordeaux is one of the oldest wine-making areas of the Bordeaux region.
The vineyards are planted with classic grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc for body and vigour, Muscadelle for fulllness and elegance, Semillon for unctuosity and aroma.
The assemblage of these varieties carried out by Baron Philippe de Rothschild's oenologists, gives the wine all the aromatic intensity so characteristic of the appellation Lean and Fruity, Graves White Baron Philippe is ideal with fish and seafood.
It should be served chilled, between 6° and 8° C
