A Lager made in the most traditional way, with only the four main ingredients of Barley, Hops, Yeast and Water.

The beer is at 5% abv and is naturally bottom fermented creating a gently effervescent texture with a citrusy nose with light nutty aromas. The beer has no added chemicals or preservatives giving natural flavours of barley and hops with a slight hint of caramel, a delicately balanced taste with a dry finish.
