New Grove Vanilla rum liqueur has been infused with natural Vanilla essense and some sugar for roundnest for a few weeks.

During this period of infusion the rum, vanilla and sugar evolve to develop a light citrussy, flowery, slightly minty aroma with hints of dry fruits notes, followed by a soft, balanced and rich taste

New Grove vanilla rum

I first came across this rum a couple of years ago when i bought a bottle in duty free. It is a smooth rum that can be drunk without any mixer plus it is an excellent addition to a dessert or preserve. The Rum Shop were very efficent in processing this order and the bottle arrived safely in a well packaged box. The price was reasonable and would use them again.
