KIMERUD Hillside Aged Gin takes the best flavours and aromas from KIMERUD Wilde Grade Gin and HÅVALDSEN Aquavit, and also some sweetness from the sherry, the delicate brown sugar and vanilla from the French oak. This provides a very complex and elegant gin that can be used both as digestive or in different cocktails including gin tonics.
The base for the gin remains the same so as to the 22 botanicals used. It is 5 times distilled only pure water added after distillation.
