The Old Curiosity Distillery was founded in a barn full of curious things, set in the lowland of our enchanting, Secret Garden, a botanical nursery nestled at the foot of the Pentland hills just outside of Edinburgh.
We grow, pick, dry and infuse all of our incredible herbs by hand. We then harness the magical properties of our flowers and herbs through a natural distillation process, creating a glorious floral gin that is 100% natural, with no additives, flavours or colouring, just nature distilled.

The Geranium is a plant that is so rich in aromas, with scents of warm tropical air, fresh green tea and floral tones that are reminiscent of roses and jasmine intermingled - these distilled flowers are then added to the gin where all these characteristics are enriched and enhanced to produce a rich, heady but beautifully balanced, soft textured and flavoured gin.
