Born from Java’Mon Coffee based cocktails made in Cruz Bay, St. John, RumJava handcrafted collection of fine Rums are infused with five of our favourite coffee blends and other natural flavours.
After a double distillation at 80% to 90% ABV in a copper stack pot from sugar cane produced in Clewiston, Florida; it is artisanally crafted in small batches. This robust chocolate rum is made from cacao nibs and infused with our Java’Mon Coffee Chocolate blend.
