Created in 2016, stripped back to its routes, the 37.5% White Knight sits alone as one of the clear rums blended in the Legendary Alnwick rum.
Its a full bodied rum with a unique flavor set consisting of pineapple, coconut, apple and cashew nut with a butter toffee after note creates a very smooth white sipping rum with a pleasant coconut cream and vanilla aroma.
Enjoyed easily neat or on the rocks, but with its strong flavor set, works wonders in a cocktail.
