Ordered 2 Phoenix 330ml beer glasses as a memento, after a visit to Mauritius. Both glass arrived safely but one of the Phoenix transfers was faded and not acceptable. The Rum Shop provided great Customer Service and immediately sent a replacement glass - thank you! Unfortunately the replacement glass is slightly smaller than the original pair, which is slightly confusing. I do not want to request a further replacement so will go with what I have.
