Copalli Rum is distilled from organic non-GMO Heirloom Sugarcane juice.
Just using the spirit from a traditional Charentaise pot still, the rum is rested in both fresh American Oak and exbourbon barrels, which creates an exquisite rum that tastes delicious neat or as a base for classic rum cocktails.
On the nose you detect Vanilla, Oak with hints of Leather followed by notes of Spice-Cinnamon and Nutmeg, Blackberries, Tobacco on the palate.
Great on the rocks or an Old Fashion.
