It's taken me a while to get comfortable with Rhum Agricole, I appreciate the Vieux but the blanc was a challenge. I assumed that the higher the proof the rougher the rhum but it's not. All of that vegetal 'funk' and fruit and spice notes are just more in the higher proof. this Neisson packs a real flavour punch alongside the proof. Makes one of the best ti punches I've ever had. Great stuff.
