Crafted from a blend of 6 and 12 month Agricole rum which has been aged in ex-Bourbon “Jim Beam” barrels then infused with estate grown Tahitensis Vanilla and Spiced with woodchips and whisky extracts.
The nose is nutty, milkyway buttery and oaky with spiced and gingerbread notes on the palate. The finish has a woody, sweet popcorn finish.
