Bougainville Rum VSOP 70cl

Located in the middle of the island the Oxenham Craft Distillery is the latest up and coming distillery from the island of Mauritius producing some exceptional rums.
Using the same base spirit to produce the White rum, it is now watered down before being aged.
The VSOP is aged for a minimum of 4 year in seasoned Olorroso Sherry and Pedro Ximinez barrels before being blended and bottled.
Bougainville VSOP expresses notes of dried fruit, roasted nuts and caramel. Full flavoured with hints of demerara sugar, coffee and tobacco, finishing off on candied citrus.
