Possibly a world first, this uses our 1968 Portsmouth White Rum as its base. On the second distillation, five botanicals are added. Two of the five botanicals grow within the Fort - elderflower and gorse flower - and these are joined by lime peel, orange peel and coriander.
Lively orange and lime alongside savoury herbaceous notes and a prickle of spice, and spicy, balanced by sweeter floral notes and a dry finish.
