Chairman's Reserve 2009 Vintage is a distinguished blend of 11-year-old rums from our John Dore 2 and Vendome pot stills, and our Coffey still. Each rum is independently aged in ex-bourbon barrels, then meticulously blended by head blender Deny Duplessis. After blending, the rums are reintroduced to oak for several months to achieve perfect harmony.

On the nose you have an intense bouquet of honeyed raisin, complemented by rich toffee, ripe banana, smooth vanilla, and subtle tobacco tones.

Followed on the palate with a concentrated, powerful profile featuring sweet candied tropical fruits, earthy tobacco, and warming spices. Buttery toasted oak adds remarkable structure and depth, culminating in a smooth, complex finish with hints of leather and dark chocolate.
