Divine Tropical Lychee Fruit Wine an elegant wine with the divine aromas of sun-ripened lychees.
Fresh lychees are meticulously picked. Then, the skin is peeled and seeds delicately removed. The fruit's flesh is then pressed and the juice slowly extracted from the fruit's flesh, which will create the very essence of the beverage. Selected yeast is then added to start the fermentation process. This process will take 2 to 3 weeks. Another 3 weeks is required to clarify and stabilize the wine before bottling.
Divine Lychee wine is best enjoyed chilled, served with Asian cuisine. Work well as an alternative to vermouth for cocktails and ideal for a Lychee Martini.
