It is a blend of 5 rums from famous Caribbean distilleries with Hampden, Monnymusk and Worthy Park Estates from Jamaica Foursquare from Barbados and AFD from the Dominican Republic. These are blended and aged in ex-bourbon barrels for up to 5 years before being shipped to Brixton in the UK. On its arrival to Brixton the rum is infused and redistilled with botanicals from all around the globe including Kenyan Black Tea, Nigerian Hibiscus, Pakistan Red Rose, Grenadian Mace, Cloves, Jamaican Pimento, Madagascan Vanilla, Oregano and Black Peppers. All of which have been sourced locally at Brixton market in support of the local traders and communities.
