Crafted from sugar cane harvested exclusively from the estate’s finest plantation, it undergoes double distillation in a traditional copper pot still. The spirit matures in four distinct French oak casks (two from 2014 and two from 2016 vintages) at the Domaine de Chamarel, with a meticulously monitored two-year reduction process enhancing its complexity before getting blended.
