The Chamarel Rum unique Character starts in the quality of the sugar cane harvested from the Estate, complemented by the meticulous monitoring throughout the fermentation and distillation processes.
The rum starts with a complex harmony of spices and dried fruits, then notes of vanilla, smooth oak, orange, pepper and clove.
This Pure Cane Rum is part distilled in a Column Still and in a pot still (10%). Each Rum is aged separately 4 to 6 years in American Oak Barrels & French Oak Barrels. Complex aromas of spices, with a warm and long finish.
