Tasting notes: A floral nose leads to a palate of sweet funk, mint, and cocoa, balanced by sea buckthorn’s zest. Finishes dry with cinnamon-cardamom warmth. Reduced to 41% ABV using distilled Scottish sea water for a smooth, maritime character.
