Daymark 1683 is a cornish produced and distilled Dark Rum, inspired by Cornwall, the Caribeean and the Isle of Scilly.
Made from scratch in the UK from imported Venezuelan mollases, the rum is triple distilled in copper pot still by the respected and award winning distillers Dr John Walters from the English Spirit Distillery.
The rum is infused with hand-picked Samphire and sea salt before being left to mature in English oak barrel to add a finishing touch. We believe it to be totally unique in taste and infusion.
It has a much more well rounded and fuller taste spectrum, and the flavours are unbeatable.with gorgeous notes of raisins, cracked caramel and treacle, heightened by smoothness that warms but never burns
