Higland Boundary Larch and Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Spirit, is a clear, modern, Scottish spirit.
We use spring Larch buds and summer Honeysuckle flowers picked from woodlands near our on-farm distillery. The larch buds are matured in grain spirit for a number of months before we slow copper distil to produce a spirit with smooth, complex and surprising flavours.
A light, vanilla and fruity aroma leads through to a surprising smooth, citrus and light-spicy tasting spirit that lingers long on the palate with hints of umami. It works great straight over ice, with soda, tonic water or ginger ale garnished with a slice of lemon and it is a great alternative to gin or vodka in cocktails.
