It is the world’s first whisky to be finished in both Sakura (cherry blossom) and Yoshino-Sugi (Japanese cedar) casks, creating a harmonious fusion of tradition and nature.
The whisky undergoes a two-step maturation process, resting first in Yoshino-Sugi casks, known for imparting delicate woody and spicy notes, before being transferred to Sakura casks for a final finish.
