Terra Dourada Ready Mix Caipirinha 70clTerra Dourada Caipirinha Premium Line, is made from carefully prepared Terra Dourada Cachaça which enhances the combination of the flavour of the lime and sugar cane. The fruity flavour and refreshing taste of caipirinha should be better appreciated if served cold. Best served chilled or better still over ice with a fresh lime garnish. Note: Due to the weather conditions in the UK as compared to the hot sunny Brazilian climate, you will notice some sediment in the bottle i.e little crystallised sugar and lime particles. Thameside Rum Signature Blend 70clA unique blend of the finest tropically aged Caribbean pot & column still rum aged for up to 5 years in ex-Bourbon barrels rums from Jamaica, Barbados & Guyana with no added sugar, flavourings or colourings. Inspired by the traditional English style blends that were imported, blended and stored in British dockyards dating back to the 18th Century. An exceptionally smooth golden rum complex enough to be sipped neat but smooth enough to be enjoyed with a mixer or form the base of a wide range of cocktails. On the nose, you will get a big hit of tropical fruit, charred pineapple, ripe banana, coconut and light oak On the palate a soft subtle mouthfeel with butterscotch, caramel, peppery oak and vanilla notes. Ti Dodo Gold Rum 13clTi Dodo meaning Small Dodo in Mauritian. An amazing present with a statement. Ti Dodo Gold rum unique in its kind is crafted from Mauritian molasses column distilled. What makes it unique is that during the aging process, fresh bananas, vanilla and red fruits are left to macerate in the French oak barrels. On the nose you will get a nice pleasant light spices aromas, vanilla followed by a sweet spiced, grilled bananas and peperry finish on the palate. Overproof Rum
Tilambic XS 151 Overproof Rum 70clTilambic is a 151 proof rum or 75.5% abv rum aged up to 7 years and has a light amber hue colour. It is made from molasses, column distilled and aged in oak barrel. On the nose you will find prunes, chocolates, little big of figs, small hint of anise and vanilla and on the palate you can taste lots of stone dried fruits, more of anise and vanilla coming through and hint of natural spices. Best enjoyed on the rocks, as a digestive, straight up or with your favourite mixer in long drink with ginger ale/beer, cola or best in cocktails.
