St Aubin Agricole Rhum History Collection 7 years old 70cl - Limited Edition
Rhum agricole is made from the juice of freshly squeezed sugar cane. This is a very French way of producing rhum. St Aubin has been a sugar plantation since 1819 but only making rhum in the early 2000. It is also the first Agricole Rhum producer in Mauritius.
The distillation of this rum is carried out once in an alembic still with the first cane pressing only used.
Made from pure sugar cane juice this original St Aubin pot still rum is a blend of 3 to 7 years old rums. The rum is aged using both charred American and French Oak.
