From the St Aubin Premium Range is the Dark rum made from a blend on 100% pure cane juice blended between column and pot. On the nose grilled bananas , smokiness, candied oranges, dry grapes with a light and well balanced, dry fruits, sugarcane on the palate and a long and tender, fruity finish.
The rum gets its black from to pure sugar cane syrup used in its production.
