Isle de France recalls the French period and traditions in place prior to the island becoming a British colony.
Made from pure sugar cane juice this an original St Aubin pot still rum from the 2005 harvest. It is a blend of carefully selected aged rums aged using both charred American and French Oak.
On the nose intense cookedvanilla, pastry, cooked white peach and pineapple. followed by a fresh, fruity and vanilla on the palate.
