Dodo "Coconut" rum is crafted from Mauritian molasses and column distiled.

Following which it left to macerate with fresh coconut  and a little sugar over a period of time for the flavours to aromas to blossom.

Light sweet coconut aromas on the nose which give way to a full round mellow coconut taste on the palate.

Perfect for a pina colada, with frsh juice and sipping over ice.

Each dodo in the bottle are hand made, hence shape/size may vary.

Subtle coconut - delicious

Having bought Dodo Gold on the way out to Mauritius a year ago, and then only finding the Coconut on when leaving for the UK, I was initially disappointed to take home what I thought was just a "white rum". Imagine my surprise and happiness when I first tasted it, to find it had notes of coconut, and the same smooth finish thatI knew from Dodo rum. It was a delight, and a friends have just made my Christmas (2018) by giving me a bottle of Dodo Coconut! I would recommend it anyone who likes coconut, and loves rum.
