On the nose, this unaged rum has strong grassy, floral, cane juice aromas, with a hint of banana. On the palate light and mildly citrus and a slight nuttines too. A very smooth rum.
Perfect alone but excellent as base for your favourite cocktails – Mojito, Cuba Libra or of course, that Madeiran favouite – Poncha!
