From the St Aubin Premium Selection in Mauritius. This rum is made from the pure pot distilled sugar can juice. The XO is a blend of rums matured in a combination of predominantly new French oak and ex-cognac barrels for a minimum of 6 years for bottling.
It has an intense nose with woody notes followed by vanilla, dried fruits, tobacco and spices on the palate.
