A majestic tawny colour with hues of golden rich heather. At 44% abv this spice rum is light in vicosity, allowing for thin legs which are evenly expressed around the glass.
The light has light cola, muted cinnamon and cacao of the first sniff. Followed by baked baklava, noney and freshly-chopped walnuts.
This spice rum is dry and crisp on the palate, with upfront spices showing exactly like the nose, the additional flavour of deeply cooked caramel and a light finish of sarsaparilla.
