Kimerud Wild Grade Gin 70clOne of the finest small-batch gins from Norway and winner of the superior taste award from the International Taste and Quality Institute in Brussels. Most of the botanicals that make up Kimerud gin are grown on the farm in order to control the raw material from seed to finished gin. Each botanical is then stored in separated glasses, thereby bringing out the best of the assortment. 22 botanicals are used to make the gin including juniper, lemon peel, ginger root, coriander, archangelica, walnut, mint, orange peel and rhodiola rosea. This final ingredient rhodiola rosea, also known as golden root is rare to the fine gins of the world. We have dedicated many years of testing to find the right balance of all 22 botanicals so that the only ingredient added post distillation is pure Norwegian mountain water. Pours and looks like a rich cup of coffee with a deep brown opaque hue surrounded by a light mahagony meniscus. Labourdonnais 1774 Aged Rum 70clCrafted from a combination of 2-year-old Agricole rum which has been aged in ex-cognac cask with flavours of citrus fruits and vanilla through maceration. The 2-year-old rum is left to infused with local calamondin and oranges as well as vanilla with a touch of homemade sugar syrup for a period of 2 months.
